Bring in five submissions (See your signup sheet handed out in class several weeks ago). Edit/revise each submission so it is succinct, well-written, and on topic. Each submission is 2 paragraphs, and based on the research you have done each Friday this semester so far.

Same assignment as for Source 1 and 2 -- You are citing another source on the same topic (either the fall of the Soviet Union or the current war in Afghanistan).

Find and print a sources on your topic and cite it in MLA format. 1-2 pages for an internet source; max 4 pgs for a printed source.

If you choose the war in Afghanistan, find an article or source dealing with an aspect of the war since 2001 in Afghanistan.

If you choose the fall of the Soviet Union, find a source that expands on one of the causes of the fall of the Soviet union that you have already researched. (You will have two different sources on one cause, and one source on a second cause).

Cite your source and bring it to class with you. This is the next step to collecting information for what will become an in-class essay tu be written as part of the final.
