Final Draft
Combine your rough drafts 1 and 2. Add topics 3 and 4 to your introductory paragraph. Edit your first and second drafts, take note of the suggestions and comments I've given you. Write a conclusion that ties together all four topics and your person. Your conclusion should make a statement about what America was like during the time period in which your person lived and how the events and movements of the time affected or were affected by your person.

Rough Draft 2:
This Rough Draft is a continuation of your previous Rough Draft. In this draft, you will address topics 3 and 4.
Topics 3 and 4 are two additional topics, events, movements in American history that affected the person you are writing about. You will write about the significance of these topics in American history, as well as how they related to the person you are writing about.

Rough Draft 1:
This rough draft will include three parts
Part 1: Write a biographical introduction to your person. Explain who they were and what they are most remembered for.
Parts 2 & 3. Choose two events or movements that affected your person. For each, explain how the person you are researching was involved and how the event or movement was important in American history.
